Junior Entrepreneur Dragons Den
Our four brilliant groups of Junior Entrepreneurs pitched their business ideas to the Dragons this morning.
The Dragons were comprised of Ms. O’Neill, Kristina, Ann Marie & Sir!
The business plans were as follows:
1. Mini Fun Day
2. Book of Poems
3. Run/Walk/Cycle Event
4. Greeting Cards
After hearing four strong presentations, it was then left to the children to vote for their favourite business idea.
Then all that was left to see was which idea the Dragons liked best.
Interestingly, the Dragons and the children both favoured the same idea, so we will spend the next eight weeks preparing for our Mini Fun Day and also developing ideas and our business plan around this.
Well done to all our budding young entrepreneurs.
A business visitor will visit the school tomorrow to talk to the pupils about what is involved in running a company.
We’re looking forward to this.
