Dogs Trust Visit Dualla NS by Senior Room Pupils
Yesterday Deirdre from Dogs Trust visited the school. She brought in her dogs Cónán and Sadbh. We learned all about how to treat a dog properly. She told us that they rescue 16,000 dogs every year! They are also trying to build a Dogs Trust Centre in Cork.
I learned that they re-home over 1,000 dogs per year – Leah.
I learned that they are caring for 184 dogs at the moment-Cormac.
I learned that you should walk your dog twice a day-Declan.

I learned that before the dogs go to Dogs Trust they go to the pound for 5 days so that the owners can collect the dogs. After 5 days the dogs go to Dogs Trust – Chloe.
